Clinics & Programs
Whether you're preparing for tryouts or exploring the game through PlayWorks, we have the right program for you.
Private & Group Training
Grow through play. Learn through connection.
The best learning happens with teammates, not alone. Volleyball is a conversation—reading your teammates, adapting to opponents, staying present with the moment.
- Attention – Focus on what actually matters on court.
- Intention – Play with purpose, not just repetition.
- Decision Making – Adapt as the game shifts.
Coaching Philosophy
Every session is purposeful—no static drills, no empty reps. You're building the physical and mental skills that actually show up in matches.
"We don't train in isolation because the game isn't played in isolation."
1-on-1 Training
Focused & Intimate
Available only with director approval.
Volleyball is best learned with teammates. The game's richest lessons—reading the court, adapting on the fly—happen through interaction.
If a solo session makes sense for your goals, we'll design it with intense intentionality.
Group Training
2–4 Players
Our most recommended format. Focused training in a small-group setting that mirrors real game play.
- ✅ 90-minute sessions
- ✅ Maximum 4 players
- ✅ Game-like environments

✨ The Child at the Center
Ignition places the child at the center of the experience. Practices are built around fun, fast-moving games that encourage exploration, teamwork, and confidence. Instead of training young athletes on a full-size court and net, Ignition uses smaller courts, lower nets, and a lighter ball. These constraints better match how kids move, think, and learn, while setting them up for stronger long-term development.
💡 How Learning Happens
We use scoring and rule variations to teach the principles of volleyball through small-sided games, giving each athlete frequent touches and meaningful involvement. In our gym, games are how learning happens. Athletes move quickly from brief demonstrations into play, where they explore ideas, solve problems, and build a love for the sport.
Fun
Ignition centers joy and play, making volleyball exciting and memorable for every young athlete.
Connection
Small-sided games and team activities build lasting friendships and a true sense of belonging.
Recognition
Our coaches celebrate effort and progress, building confidence in every player from day one.

🔍 What to Expect
PlayWorks emphasizes developing core volleyball skills through small-sided games that maximize touches and engagement. We focus on building both technical proficiency and game intelligence in a competitive, supportive environment.
🌱 Learning That Lasts
We believe in building autonomy, mastery, and purpose. Each session is designed to give athletes ownership of their learning while exploring the depths of the game.
Autonomy
Athletes are given a voice and ownership in their learning process. Their input helps shape each day's focus, building confidence and buy-in.
Mastery
True mastery comes through exploration and persistence. Players discover how to respond to teammates, opponents, and new challenges within the game.
Purpose
Each athlete arrives with their own "why." Together, we connect those individual purposes into a shared drive to grow, compete, and have fun.
