Clinics & Programs
Whether you're preparing for tryouts or exploring the game through PlayWorks, we have the right program for you.
Private & Group Training
Grow through play. Learn through connection.
The best learning happens with teammates, not alone. Volleyball is a conversation—reading your teammates, adapting to opponents, staying present with the moment.
⚠️ Private (1-on-1) Training
Private training is available only with director approval.
Volleyball is best learned with teammates. The game's richest lessons—reading the court, adapting on the fly, anticipating—happen through interaction, not in isolation.
If a one-on-one session makes sense for your situation, we'll design it intentionally around your goals.
👥 Group Training (2–4 Players)
Cost
$40 per player
(maximum total $120)
Duration
90 minutes
Who it's for
Players who want focused, intentional training in a small-group setting that still mirrors real game play.
Each session is built around what you want to improve, while emphasizing the elements that create adaptable, confident players:
- Attention – Where you focus, what you notice.
- Intention – What you're trying to create or influence.
- Decision Making – How you adapt when the game shifts.
Every session is purposeful—no static drills, no empty reps. You're building the physical and mental skills that actually show up in matches.

Ignition Volleyball
Play. Learn. Love the Game.
Ignition is for 4th–6th graders to fall in love with volleyball. Kids want fun, friendship, and to be seen by adults who care. Ignition delivers all three—with games, teamwork, and the fundamentals.
Why Ignition?
Smaller courts, lower nets, lighter balls—these adjustments make the game accessible and fun. Every player touches the ball more, works with teammates in realistic situations, and builds real skills from day one.

We use games to teach and learn, because they're both fun and realistic. Athletes move quickly from skill demonstrations to small-sided games, exploring the concepts we're teaching through play. Our curriculum focuses on the fundamentals — serving, passing, setting, and attacking — through varied game formats that maximize touches, engagement, and decision-making opportunities.
Every practice is designed around what kids want: to have fun, play with friends, be noticed, and experience the joy of volleyball.

Winter Session

What to Expect
The first session of each week is devoted to introducing and refining core volleyball skills — serving, passing, setting, and attacking — through small-sided games that maximize touches, engagement, and decision-making opportunities.
The second session builds on those concepts with full-court play (4v4 or 6v6), featuring rotating challenges and themes that help each athlete and team learn to adapt, communicate, and compete with purpose.
Learning That Lasts
Three essential components in every PlayWorks session:
Autonomy
Athletes are given a voice and ownership in their learning process. Their input helps shape each day's focus, building confidence and buy-in.
Mastery
True mastery comes through exploration and persistence. Players discover how to respond to teammates, opponents, and new challenges within the game.
Purpose
Each athlete arrives with their own "why." Together, we connect those individual purposes into a shared drive to grow, compete, and have fun.
